Experience a Taste of the Outback, overlooking the Spectacular Flinders Ranges with a night of fine food, wine and dancing. Take in the view over the picturesque fairways of the Golf Course and enjoy the changing colours of sunset against the Ranges.
Enjoy a sumptuous 3 course meal featuring local produce, complimented by fine Southern Flinders Wine, prepared by Samaritan College under the guidance of Guest Chef Peter Milosevic from Channel 7’s “Discover”.
We'll keep you entertained with MCs Bruce Abernethey and John Riddell from Channel 7; charity auction; and entertainment by top Adelaide Band “Rush Hour”.
This long running black tie event supports RFDS and Remote & Isolated Children’s Exercise, both vital outback organisations.
